| The software is decent, but the interface on the site is simply confusing. It's hard to get what you want, navigating through menus and submenus. It's not that it seems badly designed on purpose, it simply looks as though it was put together haphazardly. Once you figure out where things are, of course, it's a perfectly fine site, but the first fifteen minutes or so are incredibly confusing. |
